Experts from the foreign policy departments of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan took part in the discussion.

During the meeting, experts reviewed the draft document, after which the working group finalized and approved it at the expert level.

It is expected that the document will subsequently be submitted for consideration to the Advisory Committee of Heads of Legal Services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the CIS Member States.

The project contains an analysis of the most common legal issues and problems associated with the development of the CIS legal framework, and also includes recommendations for participants in the law enforcement process.
